Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-06-23
These terms govern your use of annexo.euand its features — the marketing site, the verification console, the demos and the Fleet platform (together, the “Service”), operated by Benjamin Hellmich. By using the Service you agree to them. Provider, registered seat and contact details are in our Impressum.
What the Service does
Annexo independently verifies how an AI agent actually behaves: you point the verification console at your own agent endpoint (or run a built-in sample agent) and a live probe battery runs against it — prompt injection, tool poisoning, guardrails under pressure, AI disclosure, handling of personal data, request logging — and resolves into an evidence dashboard. The Fleet platform adds continuous monitoring and drift detection over time.
Every result is a measurement of observed behaviour at the time of testing. It is reported as a status (holding, watch, surfaced), never a pass/fail verdict. Annexo is not a notified body, does not certify, does not guarantee any outcome, does not declare a system “compliant”, and does not perform a conformity assessment or provide legal services. Any conformity dossier we produce is technical documentation to support your own assessment — not a substitute for your counsel or a conformity-assessment body.
No paid plans today
The Service is currently offered without self-serve paid subscriptions; pilots and engagements are scoped individually under a separate written agreement. Because there is no online consumer purchase, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal (Widerruf) for distance contracts does not currently apply. If and when paid online plans are introduced, the applicable billing terms and the consumer withdrawal instructions will be published here and at checkout first.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- only verify AI agents and endpoints that you own or are explicitly authorised to test — you are responsible for having that authorisation;
- not attempt to exceed, circumvent or abuse rate limits, execution limits or the platform access controls;
- not use the Service to probe or attack third parties unlawfully;
- not resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly agreed;
- not disrupt, reverse-engineer for a competing service, or attack the infrastructure.
You provide your agent’s API key in the console at your own initiative; it is held in memory for the single verification request only and is never stored (see our Security page).
Accounts & access
Where access to the Fleet platform is granted, you are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity under your access. You must give accurate information.
Business customers and data protection
Where Annexo processes personal data on your behalf through the platform or console, that processing is governed by a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). See our Data Processing Agreement and Sub-processors.
Intellectual property
The Service, its engine and its content are owned by Benjamin Hellmich. The evidence and reports generated for your own agents are yours to use.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health), nor any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, and the courts at the provider’s registered seat have jurisdiction, in each case without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
